If you're located within Australia, we offer a $12 flat rate for all orders and free shipping on orders over $150 (use code FREESHIPPING during checkout)

  • 1-2 business days for express shipping

  • 2-4 business days for standard shipping

  • Allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area

Returns

We truly want you to love your purchase. If something's not quite right, we're here to make it better.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend that you place a new order for the item you desire and then return the original item for a refund, provided it meets our return guidelines.

RETURNS IN 3 EASY STEPS:

  1. We offer a 14-day return window. To initiate a return, send us a message through this form, making sure to put "Return" and your order number in the subject line.

  2. You'll need to cover the shipping cost for the returned item. Once you've dispatched it, please share the tracking number with us immediately. We cannot accept any returns without a tracking number.

  3. Ensure that your items are well-packed to avoid damage during transit. Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our guidelines, we'll issue a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • Please return your items in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Our team carefully reviews all returns. If an item does not meet our return criteria, we will send it back to you.

  • We are unable to accept returns on yoni eggs for hygiene reasons.

  • Ensure you send your returns within two weeks of receiving your delivery.

  • You'll need to cover the return shipping costs. However, if the item has a fault that we missed, we'll refund the shipping fee.

  • Ruslana WOMANLY is not responsible for lost returns; therefore, it's advisable to send items back with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • If you wish to return an item, notify us within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • You can use any shipping company of your choice for returns. Express service is not necessary, but do make sure to track your package.

  • If the value of your return exceeds $1,000 AUD, Australian import duties and taxes may apply. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
